Intrusive obsessive thoughts and corresponding compulsive behaviors can result in detrimental effects on an individual's well-being as well as those that care for them. While all types of negative emotions cause us suffering, anger has the propensity to hurt us and the ones we love the most. Through teaching someone to identify the signs of anger, recognize the causes of an individual's anger response, and identifying healthy anger expression our therapists can walk with you in managing your frustrations and leading a healthier life.
